Senior Software Engineer

Take on a lead role in all phases of development for new state-of-the-art software products. Skillset should include: ability to collaborate with other software engineers in architecture design; design, implement, test, and integrate software modules for graphical user interface, data access, run-time control, remote communications, and support ATS software integration; ability to maintain and enhance software products and to interface with both industry and government partners; lead/support design reviews, marketing initiatives, and customer support activities; mentor junior software developers.

Education: BSEE or BSCS - or equivalent work experience (see below)

Experience:

  • Required: Minimum ten years experience developing software with Microsoft technologies; minimum three years with .NET; strong OOP skills; in-depth knowledge of XML; familiarity with UML and agile software development; experience in developing commercial software products; track record of “getting things done”
  • Desirable: Strong experience and interest in developing graphical user interfaces; familiarity with WPF/XAML
  • Bonus: Experience with Visual C++, COM/ATL, .NET Interop, Web Services, ASP.NET, National Instruments LabVIEW

Travel: Occasional travel required

Software Engineer
