IWNS-T Thermal Night Sight Test Program SetDesigned and developed a TPS to test the USMC Individual Weapon Night Sight Thermal (IWNS-T) on the VIPER/T VEO2 ATS running IRWindows. PIDESO designed a 2-axis mounting fixture with reference mirror to null out mounting differences from station to TPS fixturing. The TPS is designed to measure the .5 Minute of Angle accuracy of the IWNS-T optical reference line to the Picatinny rail mount requirement. The TPS is also capable of measuring Modulation Transfer Function, System Intensity Transfer Function and Noise equivalent delta temperature. |

SimulTestPIDESO is currently developing SimulTest for the U. S. Army. SimulTest is a software product that fully adopts AT System industry standards to provide the ability to perform coherent parallel test and diagnostic imaging for high density input/output test instruments and Automated Test Systems. NGATS SimulatorPIDESO is developing the NGATS ATLAS Simulator Software product for the U.S. Army. The software integrates with the NGATS ATLAS runtime and provides simulated execution and extended conflict verification of TPS source without requiring the use of an NGATS. The product provides simulation capabilities for TYX-PAWS ATLAS TPSs during migration from legacy systems. NGATS Simulator focuses on decreasing station integration time and reducing integration costs/fielding times. |

NAVAIR Fleet Readiness CentersUnder contract to the Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) at the Naval Air Systems Command, PIDESO provides task-specific, multi-platform engineering research and analysis and logistics support analysis leading to integration of depot-level support to organizational level and intermediate level (first and second echelon) aircraft maintenance activities. Primary objective includes innovative engineering to resolve logistics support constraints impacting the transformation of traditional support constructs to rapidly reduce aircraft cost per flight hour and support system cost per unit of usage. High Power Transmitter Power Supply Test StationDesigned, developed, and deployed a High Power Test Set to test the Raytheon APG-65 and APG/73 Radar Transmitter Power Supply. Designed and produced the control cards that develop the sync and input power in the correct pulsed frequency required for operation and manufactured, wired, and integrated the break out box required to measure the bit lines. The power supply tester utilizes an immersion tank filled with a di-electric fluid required while powered due to the creation of the high output power and associated pulsing waveforms need to create the radar transmitter pulse. The system was provided with complete test kits with additional copies requested by customers. |

NetTestPIDESO is developing “NetTest” for the US Air Force. NetTest is a product designed to provide integrated diagnostic capabilities building upon multi-service investments in Next Operations Management System (NxOMS) for a variety of previously developed and emerging AT Systems. NetTest complies with and supports the IEEE ATML released standards for Test Description and Test Results as well as the IEEE ATML draft standard for Maintenance Action Information and provides the capability for minimally invasive (i.e. no TPS changes necessary) full-featured integration. NetTest also provides an open system for integration of capabilities to collect testing data from a variety of test executives, including Versatile Depot Avionics Test Set (VDATS), TestStand, TYX PAWS/ATLAS. PIDESO is evaluating and modifying the VDATS system software to integrate NetTest. |
